any feedback about the developer? hmm my loan is having problem being approved coz of them...I booked a unit for their link houses in rawang-aveda Panel bank also a month ady still no news...

I was ok with the bank, but the fact that other banks were having difficulty offering loan for this project did not seem right to me. Right after cancelling this booking, I opted for another project within rawang, almost the same location (let's just say right opposite), and I got my loan approved within days from a bank that rejected my earlier loan for aveda...Hence, I guess it was not really a problem with my income, more of what you said- medium risk...And the new loan that was approved for the other project was at least 50% more than what I applied for aveda. deposit gone...luckyly only 500.
I tried using mine, none approved, then used theirs , approved at last. but i pulled out after that
