ur line attenuation is low
Try to connect it directly to the main output of you line, remove the phone cable also. make sure you plug the modem only. Do 2 test one with a splitter and one without the splitter and Screenshot the DSL Status Result |

for ur info i got problem with my streamyx line before, low attenuation i ask my mom calling their friend changing DP port. this job can make by TM wiring contractor not streamyx installer
