checked with SenQ in my place..the stock will arrive end of next week or 3rd week. warranty from SME is 1 yr, the 2nd and 3rd from SenQ.. actually all their phone is 3 yr warranty as long as u are their plus one member. this is wat they told me... ... and all the phone i bought from SenQ before also 3 yrs warranty.. .. leave my number with them to contact me once the stock arrive..

not need.. u can buy at their retail price..product voucher is rm50..so if not member, you are not entitle for it.. and u cannot pwp also.. and no 2 yr extra warranty loh..

yeah..but u have to renew your membership in order to claim for warranty..or else, they will not entertain you.. i think it is quite a good deal..

hmm, i just back from senq too..i ask again the supervisor 2 yrs is senq warranty and 1 yr from samsung..but they still send to samsung for repairing within that 2 yrs.. according to her, as long as it is the handset defeat, they will repair except you drop, water get in or sweating or any human causes which make the screen not so sensitive..she said this happen before..customer's handset after checking by samsung, it is cause by the sweat.. so they charged him for the repair.. but i do heard my fren said before, senq's warranty is a bit strict and they always make sure its technical defeat before they repair for u..and the extended warranty for the extra 2 yrs is rm179 after she check on the computer system.. they increase the price already....

what i heard last time from my fren is that if lets say your phone is rm2099..so 2nd and 3rd yr they will only repair your phone up to rm2099...and then 4th to 5th yr another rm2099 if you extend it..anything exceed it, they will consider not to repair and give you a voucher base on the amount allocated or left over before or they will estimate your hp cost at that time if obsolete..after 3yr maybe your phone only sell at rm1000 in the shop.. so u only get rm1000 voucher..

Added on July 6, 2011, 1:29 pmi saw their service receipt and report.. its for notebook..they still send to highpoint for repair..sales supervisor who work there showed me all the fault of the notebook to explain to me how 'fragile' acer is and how important is the extend warranty ..the reports all issued and repaired by highpoint even though already over first yr.. and i asked her before, she said will still send to samsung for repair as long as within SenQ warranty.. maybe i will confirm with senQ again when go there..

hmm agree with you.. the free gift from pre order for SEP is free but pwp from SenQ need top up rm99 .. actually rm50 voucher so take it as discount the processing fee and only need top up rm15 + rm99 pwp ..still SEP cheaper if dun wan consider the 3rd yr warranty from SenQ.. rm12 member fee per yr..so 3 yr need rm36 again extra.. too bad my place no SEP

i heard need to renew..got one case happen last month, the membership expired..when go to claim warranty, they refuse to accept until u pay for renewal.. but if u no claim warranty within the 2nd and 3rd yr, then save the rm12x2.. or when wan claim warranty only go renew..
and 12 months installment the processing fee is cheaper.. only thing is need to pay for the pwp item

i saw a customer who bring his phone to senq last week.. he cant use it after he install android into window's os..SenQ refuse to help in claim the warranty.. i asked the sales person , he told me if he send out, later HTC will not want to repair.. so he ask the owner bring back to flash back to original os first

Added on July 6, 2011, 3:26 pmi ask them before regarding this, it can be transfer..but need lots of procedure.. and the sales person said that if i sell my hp, just ask the buyer claim the warranty using the invoice..they can check thru their system... it easier than transfer the onwnership lol..
