Yes you can. I was waiting for my data to take effect and switch on the phone to test it's applications without my SIM. Ofcause there won't be any network related services.

can someone post a screenshot for mircosd write/read speed using Sdtools from android market? I just want to see the difference between class. Tq
*
Just to share from my experience, for most card the read speed would average around 20Mbps or more for all class ranging from 1 to 10, but some China brand class 1 would even have read speed of only 10Mbps...
While the write speed can be judge from the class type, class 2=2Mbps, class 4=4Mbps and class10=10Mbps of writing speed. But sometimes the write speed do depend on the files that's you're copying, like a larger video file compare to a bunch of pics of the same size, the pics copying would be slower than the 1 video file copying time. icon_idea.gif

guys i know this has been discussed before but i just wanna know out of curiosity. Open the dialer and type *#0*# then chose the white background, then tilt your phone a backwards then you will notice the white has changed to a little blue, this is even visible even if you turn off your screen then take a look at it under direct sunlight, you will notice the screen has a little bit of blue hue. I am satisfied with the phone as i dont view my phone on odd angle but i suspect this problem has something to do with the coating on the glass, hmmm please do check it and tell me the result  notworthy.gif

Yeah mine oso same.. Got slight blue but im ok with it.. biggrin.gif

Guys...I have a question. I am using GO Ex launcher and for some reason, after reboot, I usually loses my shortcuts on my main screen. Why is this? I tried putting all the shortcuts back and then again, reboot and back to the same problem.

Any solution for this?
*
works fine for me, try to wipe it's data, then uninstall, then go to market and redownload it.
