i use papago x5 for my sgs2 and use car charger to charge my phone, the problem is the phone battery drain much faster than the recharge, the battery level drop about 30% in half hour of navigation... the phone became very hot like a pancake, anybody else have same issue?

aiyoh... means i have to still keep multiple copies of the same movie... *sigh*

sorry... hmmm.... i tot pg 1 says "Change of RFS file system to EXT4". i assumed RFS = sgs1 file system. EXT4 = sgs2 file system.

No ... FAT64 or more commonly known as exFAT is not supported by the OS (Android) at the moment. You may insert cards with other format and the phone will likely to prompt you whether you want to format the SDCard or not.

Under normal circumstances, the 4GB file size should be sufficient. IMHO, I don't think it is such a good idea to watch movies on such a small screen for an extended period of time. Take care of your only pair of eyes folks. But to those who still want to do so ... it is entirely your own prerogative.

Using app killers and freeing up RAM isn't really necessary, nor good, for android phones.

To un_id, what I'd do if I were in your shoes would be to check on the CPU usage of your device. You may have a badly coded app hogging up CPU cycles, thus the lag you feel. I personally had only a week experience on stock ROM, but I felt no lag during that period of time, except when I had one homescreen page that had the youtube app, news app etc on it. Too much animation on that page, plus my Sakura Falling livewallpaper I think. Even then mine was rooted and I used Titanium Backup to freeze a bunch of Samsung apps that I had no use for.

it is when you use it regularly to shut down apps like you do clicking on the X in windows.

but in his case there seems to be a rogue app that is draining resources like hell, so the best thing would be to kill everything and then activate one by one the apps and see which one ultimately causes the problem and get rid of it.
