I challenged the POS Malaysia personnel, and he just smiled and said , "tanya KLIA kastam la". I called KLIA kastams, and they said , "you takde tracking number ENnnnnnnMY, saya tak boleh tolong"...

Called 1-300-300-300 and they gave even a better answer.. "Sir, your package hasn't arrived in Malaysia yet, please ask your seller in Australia".
