i using toshiba A100-P543 i jz brought it at pc fair..
i jz wonder why the recover disc tat toshiba provide..
it cant set the partition of the hardisk....
does any toshiba user face this problem?
got any solution on it??

the latest range of Toshiba model has extremely farking bad LCD quality, almost on par with cheapass brands like BenQ, Hyundai etc in term of fuzziness. I recently bought the Portege M500 and is extremely farking pissed now due to the amount of light leakage.  am also farking pissed to discover that Portege M500 is not originally a Portege model at all in advanced markets like US and Japan. It is rebadged version of Toshiba Satellite U205-S5002, which was also called Toshiba Tecra M6-EZ6611 in certain countries. Both featured higher specs than the farking local version of the so-called Portege M500, with Duo Core 1.66, 100Gig harddisk and Microsofty Office Professional as the lowest specs of the model and to add insult to injury, its prices are at least RM1000 cheaper even with the additional 3 year warranty added in.

I feel that I have been farking exploited by Toshiba Asia in this respect and that Toshiba Asia is deeply and genuinely shortchanging Asian customers. I am disgusted.
