QUOTE(ppguy2006 @ Nov 9 2007, 02:12 AM) Hi Crazymelon, Hi there. Got my lappie frm Digital Mall - Evernew I am planning to get an Toshiba A200-E530, so may i know what spec you got it?such as RAM,warranty period and where do you bought it? I just survey for a good deal. Thank you and hope can hear from you soon. Spec as below:- Intel C2d 1.73GHz ... 512MB DDR2 RAM ... Free upgrade to 1gb ... 120gb hdd ... dvd super drive ... wifi ... bluetooth ...15.4 wide screen....harmon/kardon speaker......5 in 1 card reader ......(4 x usb port)... finger print reader ... 1.3mp webcam ... nvidia 7300 graphics ... vista home premium ... pre-load with Microsoft office 2007 60 day trial-version.....weight around 2.9kg normal retail price is rm 3799 with free additional 1 year local warranty(register by the shop) + 1 year international warranty (can register online) and brother laser printer (worth RM200++) but I upgrade to 2gb ram, for me is a worth buy since I only use it for download, movies and works, but if you're a hardcore gamers the Nvidia Geforce 7300 128mb will not be sufficient enuf. Been using it for 1 week now, so far no problem juz the glossy lid cover is a super fingerprint magnet. Hope this will be helpful to you. |

QUOTE(yeeck06 @ Nov 18 2007, 08:05 PM) I just upgrade my M200 memory from 1.5gb to 2gb. Cost me only RM79 for 1gb ram You can check out the Garage sales section in this forum 1st, to have a survey for the price b4 you purchase any ram in K.L. Recommend Kingston brand caused less problem.Off topic: It just happened that my desktop computer continuous beep when turn on the power, found out that one of the corsair ram is faulty |

Seems like pretty risky if I am going to flash my BIOS myself, how to find out the BIOS I have download is not corrupted or I just have to depends on my luck?
If the flashing process fail, I will have to bring it back to the service centre rite? My lappie is about 1 month old, will they charge me if I bring the lappie to service centre? |

Hi. Eddy, I saw this beautiful laptop in the Notebook review website, do u think it will be available in Malaysia, here is the link -
http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=3856 I think it's even better than the Satellite HD version especially the speaker. Totally blew me away. This post has been edited by crazymelon: Dec 16 2007, 10:35 AM |
