after i register online and wait 3 working day to check the warranty lookup in toshiba website, it only show i got 1 year. hmm.gif

The sales order or receipt got stated free 2nd and 3rd year extended warranty.

Now wait the shop reply regards this problem.

I think PCDEPOT price is for PCFAIR, since Ipoh is one of the PCFAIR location, so I think they stated 3 years warranty is for during Ipoh PCFAIR.

Mean you have the wait them re-stock? Why don't you think other brands like DELL, since they provide on-site warranty.

i choose to install 64-bit, although i'm using 2gb of ram.

i guess not much different between 32-bit & 64-bit in term of performance.

All, be patient. Even if the fair is ended

I got my Toshiba LS510-4314 like 2 weeks back.

Registered my warranty the day after, 3 days later checked the warranty lookup it states 1 year only, which suppose to be 3 years

I called them up. Here is the explanation:-

Its because the retailer needs to submit the sales application form to TeleDynamics(distributor) then to Toshiba . General timeline is approx 1 month before its updated. After a month then go check again or check with your retailer see if they submitted the entry for you or not.

That would be all.
