the top of the range portege R500 only weighs 899 grams ...

dear all shifoo and master u all have any idea where i can get my driver for windows vista since i own a laptop which i brought 2 years ago where Vista is still in lab. My laptop is running on Pentium Centrino Solo 1.66, 1GB ram, 60GB hardisk, GeForce Go 6600. I think it wont be a big problem for my hardware to run on Vista but the problem is driver compibility as Toshiba Website never update their driver for my model my model is M40-P535. Any help would be appriciate! Thank you! Guide can be official or non-official as long as i can get similiar stable driver non-official also nvm. Thanks

even got built in dvd writer and finger print reader ...

that baby laptop specs good or not? how much is it? btw eddy the wireless sometimes like sot sot 1 dunno why

i will wait for 12inch lappy to be common n cheap like 3K+ only buy....stick to 14" n 2.3Kg for the time being...

anyway... the trend now is small and light ... like last time ... the cheapest portege was around rm 5999 - rm 6999 ...

now can get the portege m600 for as low as rm 4399 ...

so it is becoming more common and cheaper these days ...

hmmm... got 2 models ...

the one with normal HDD weighs 1.2kg and is selling at RM 8999

while the top of the range one with the solid state drive and weighs only 899grams is selling at RM 12999

wow SSD.....issit 32GB only? btw it got fingerprint sensor right? how big is the screen ah?

but the solid state drive is not 32gb but 64gb ... the sony one is 32gb ...

bro, just notice vista basic doesn't play DVD with windows media player ...toshiba DVD player does...

but anyway / any codec i can install to make wmp11 play DVD automatically ???

i think the toshiba dvd player is a combined dvd player with inter video if i m not mistaken ...

anyway ... i think its better than the windows media player ...

u can always try to intsall the latest k-lite mega codec ... i m using it and is great cos it supports a lot of formats like avi, rmvb and mov ...
