As you all know, Google is introducing new social network called Google+ (Plus).. It's not officially launched yet but it's already opened by invitation. For those who are already joined,
You can install the app from Market but must be rooted and install 'MarketEnabler' first or simply download it HERE

- It really depends on your luck. It seems there are some quotas set by Google to let users receive the invitations. I believe once ppl invited you, you will get the invitations sooner or later
- Please make sure your age is above the limit in profile settings (date of birth)
- Its not necessary to have gmail account but you MUST have Google Account

- find any Google Plus user here (including yourself
)- add Video/Sound on your Google+ Profile

Here's how to invite other people:
1. Go to 'Stream' box
2. Type anything you want in the message
3. Click "+Add circles or people to share with..."
4. Put in the emails you want to invite, it doesn't how many
5. Click 'Share'
