i might be wrong.
astro will only make live coverage if ticket is sold more than 60k and arsenal's is below 60k.

Singapore FA distributed 500 ticket to FAM.
FAM then distribute half to SSFC and the other half to menteri belia dan sukan.
if i am not mistaken all the 500 tix sold out d.
the other option is at singapore stadium.
visit singapore FA website for more info.
mind you that the stadium only has 6k capacity.
