Just ordered my first Gunpla Project - Project "Exia IG" from seller. Me is EXCITED! =)

Many if not all buyers often leave positive feedbacks such as "Recommended seller and good fella!" but for me, I'm going to do a short "review" on Seller for he really deserves it. So let's start...

-Pre Sales Service-
I am a first timer in the vast world of gunpla and decided to order from seller because he not only sells the models but also all the tools, crafts and equipment needed for a fella starting out fresh. I send him a PM to list me all the items he thought was crucial for the project and seller almost immediately replied with a list. He was very friendly, patient and accommodating. I kept asking him questions after questions and he never failed to reply. I also revised my order list probably more than 5 times but he didn't ever lose his patience towards me. One point up!

-Postage-
I live in Penang and was initially fearful that seller would not be willing to take the time to pack all my items and arrange for postage. To my amazement not only did he agree, he also couriered the item up instead of using normal post. Item arrived promptly within 24hrs of posting and I had the convenience of tracking the whole process online.

-Packaging-
Honestly, when the package arrived at my doorstep, I was abit worried. I thought I had been either given the wrong package or the items are not complete because I had imagine a far bigger box!

Please bare in mind, at the end of my finalized order list, there were 23 items to be shipped. 23 items which included an air compressor, air brush kit, all the paints I needed, a display case and my Gundam Exia Ignition plus other modeling tools. 23! So when I saw the package which was slightly smaller the size of a standard DHL box, I wanted to faint. No way could that box contain all my items...

I was wrong! When I opened the box, it was like a magical box. All items were neatly packed in the most organized manner, it really looked like it came directly from the Gundam factory. My Exia was wrapped in clean wrap. Then bordered with card board and then all items were surround by styrofoam. The paint bottles were all packed in cute boxes and the not a single box including my Exia was dented or bent. To date, I've never seem anything like this before.

-After-Sales Service-
Here is the part where most sellers lack. They sell you something then after that, do not provide any after sales service. This is not true for this Seller. I had a few questions on the air compressor and when I smsed him, he immediately replied and explained everything I needed to know.

-Added Service-
Apart from the above, I believe Rix has also put himself a class above others when he provided endless supply of advice, knowledge and suggestions regarding Gunpla. He really took the time to answer my endless barrage of questions at the oddest times of the day. He really made picking up Gunpla alot easier for freshies like me.


But the again, having said that, I believe I really don't need to review this Seller. Most if not all of the lowyatian who are into Gunpla knows about him and all recommend his thread. I stand by their recommendation and strongly encourage starters like me to seek this Taiko's help and service.

To Rix, a bundle of thanks from me. You are an amazing seller and here's to many more deals to come! Keep up the brilliant job!
