Bro I’m a bit confused about this Schumann 1 unit.

According to the developer site the launch price and built up is as below

Schumann (Parklink Townhouse): RM383,000 - RM637,000
Schumann (Parklink Townhouse): 1,421 sf & 1,884 sf

3+1 room and 2 bathroom

This unit however based on POS is 5 rooms and 5 baths and built up is 3k+ sq feet.

This one is consider Schumann 1 or Schumann 2?

Still stated master title (hak milik induk).

If that is the case, must check with developer whether they allow direct transfer to your name or not.
If not allowed, then double the cost and time. Gone case.

As comparison, project around Cyberjaya such as Serin Residency, Cristal Serin, Mirage By The Lake, all required double transfer process now.

Yeah I didn’t go for this one because when I went to PTG sepang, they were closed due to a covid case and all employees quarantined for 2 weeks. So I couldn’t get a confirmation on how long the double transfer would take and if there’s any other caveat. Anyways, wouldn’t have gone up to 800k for it.
All the best to the buyer tho.
