I am looking SH Schubert link house now, planned to buy a landed this year and just got to know this project last week. I think quite late since SH 1st launch.

Met one agent in Publika last week promoting SH Verdi Condo, but was informed that Schubert still got some units available from UEM developer.

Price range from RM1.56M, offer 8% rebate. RM5K booking fee.

I want to ask is it SH owners here,

1) is it the price appreciated from 1st launch?

2) is the agent getting high commission selling for developer?

I planned to go down to SH this weekend, appointment with the agent.

Currently working in kl and staying in Sri Petaling.....

We (me and my wife) is like the SH concept, for the kids to play or run around at the back yard garden of the house.

and the G&G concept.

Just happened we saw the UEM booth at Publika last weekend.

Do you have any recommendation?
