Does anyone know if those bumi who bought SH, do they buy them under bumi quota or non-bumi quota ?

Assuming that they bought using bumi quota ( more likely ) then I would say SH has less upside later in the subsale because fewer units will go into the market.

Maybe I used the wrong word "bumi quota", maybe it should be "bumi discount". So still back to my question, if one bought something under bumi discount, can they sell it to non-bumi subsequently ?
