Thank you.

Last week we went there. We like the schubert so book a unit type 1. The schubert/schumann area looks clean but nothing much on the landscape. Saw a few kids ran to the pool. Looks like plants not maintained in the huge pond inside the clubhouse. 1 day after booking, an agent called saying there was a unit in putrajaya around the same value and the owner want to let go. Good condition and still under warranty. Now we are indecisive. Putrajaya area and precinct confirmed maintained and it's free. Maintenance fees after 2yrs for schubert will be 450 which is very high. Not sure worthy or not judging by the current landscape.

You need to take into account that the clubhouse does not belong to the owners/purchasers. It's owned by UEM Sunrise and it's profit driven. If they don't maintain it well, they would not attract memberships nor customers. So, it's in their interest to maintain it well. The RM450 maintenance fee does not include the usage of the clubhouse btw. Nevertheless, I believe it's generally in line with other developments in Cyberjaya. Whether the place is well maintained or not ultimately lies with the Management as appointed by the JMB. The current Management is currently the same one that manages Mont Kiara properties but I do believe the developer has to do more to raise the profile of Symphony Hills to the level of Desa Park City for example.

Whether Putrajaya or Cyberjaya, I'm sure you can find a lot of info on the pros and cons by going through the threads in LYN.

Thank you for your explanations.

You are right i have been gathering inputs regarding Putrajaya/Cyberjaya from LYN and also have been in and out these 2 areas for the past 3 months. Now it's only down between these 2 properties. Landed houses selling within 1m in putrajaya selling super fast but symphony hills offer super good deal!

Well, i'm quite happy living there (SH/Beethoven) smile.gif Though have to kick MO to get some small issues resolved, overall impression is good. As for clubhouse, UEM plans some improvements there, cause as it is now it doesn't attract members

Good to hear that. Our loan approved already. It's just now thinking how to climb stairs to master bedroom which is at 2 1/2 floor. That's how the design for Schubert type 2. Agent said there's a long waiting list for some of the left units. If can get dunno want to proceed or not as now we realize climbing stairs only will become a chore. Anyway, hope you all will continue having a great living area in SH and thank you for all the infos.
