any guess on how much rentals will be for those who bought for investment / rent out? am interested in renting as its closer to work.

noble - really like the layout of schuman 2 and hoping 4-5K and maybe the temporary "oversupply" will make the market even cheaper for the landed? if it's higher than 5k might as well continue to rent where i am now since it's closer to the city.

xyyap - haha no really renter as i would prefer to buy but the 3rd loan down payment to much for me.

We purchased a property early this year so no more funds plus I'd have to pay 30%. But overall I like the Schumann's layout with the basement concept.

Yep. Small overseas company that no one would know. But I've been working in cyber when there use to cows pythons and monkeys crossing the road. How its changed. The guy who builds the first McDonalds will make the most money haha.

The Verdi is nice but is smaller than the condo we are in now which is hard to downsize with growing family. Agree with everyone that it is a bit expensive to rent out and your rental market would probably be smaller due to it not being near the bus station. But I think it's very good for young family specially if both parents work in cyber and even older retired couples wanting to downsize for a quiter SAFER environment. IMO cyber premium rental isn't going to attract as many "unwanted" neighbors.
