You have to look at the terms and conditions of the pos carefully. Part of the conditions of the sale is that you have 120 days to secure consent from the authority for the transfer of deeds. Now the strata title has been issued and not executed by the owners for obviouse reason. If you cannot secure the consent from all the party in time the sale is aborted and you have to bear the cost of all preparatory work and this will be deducted from your deposit.
