Did she proposed to you Lot 69 (3 sty) and then you may need to look for sub-sale Lot 68 (2 sty) given to enjoy the main entrance facing each others? I was told that developer wlll be increased the price soon.

I visited Beethoven last weekend, very disappointed the completed pond especially near to the playground, water quality very bad and not flowing. Can cause significant mosquito production. Beethoven owners please to file a complaint to developer.

I'm the owner for beetho, very disappointed UEM. Not delivery the good product. The pound not maintain well, water quality very bad.

Not a good time to sell given developer still got balance units unsold. Will complain to developer regard to the poor maintaining of pound.
