Hmm yeah super expensive maintenance fees include club house membership fees monthly i can pay for low to medium cost apartment monthly installment already hahaha. But i feel sejati is layout seem better maybe i'm typical china woman =.=' so im in dillemma of Symphony hills and sejati T.T

Clubhouse membership is 150/mo for 4p family. Not only the security better @SH, but landscaping is better as well, more facilities and overall it feels much classier than Sejati.
But yeah.... maintenance fees are a bit steep

Sejati cheap because their maintenance fees included club house which is around 300 while symphony hills is rm525 haven't include club house which is around rm200 per months. But of course SH security is much more better

That's the dispute I understand. Regardless of build up or land area ,  beethoven will cost more than 1k just on maintenance.

Actually for house price is not that expensive but the maintenance is a bit too steep in my opinion

Got VP letter for my schubert last week. Gonna arrange for handover next Friday.  In the VP letter they collect advance 4 mths service charge. Based on that, I've calculated the fee is approx. at RM0.30 psf
