Maintenance fee is high for Symphony hills.

Wat is your budget?

Schumann 2 from rm1.55mil. Schubert from 1.56mil..... beethoven from RM2.1mil.

UEM is giving out $100k discount for phase 3 Beethoven. No discount for Phase 1 and 2. Phase 1 already sold out. Phase 2 left 6 units.

8% for Schubert after price adjustment.

I see the value buy is Beethoven if can afford.

Unfortunately no discount for Schuman 2. 8% for Schubert after price adjustment.

Why sell so fast? I think demand for Mozart is strong if selling price is reasonable.

I think some are still waiting for new launches like SEG, Nadayu99.... after tht some will come to SH again...

My agent told me Beethoven will b ready by end of this yr.... sure vry few will move in even myself will leave it there empty. Haha. It does not mean the place is bad.
