I'm happy with my unit. No major issues regarding workmanship, mainly just scuff marks and some work stains here and there. Additionally 2 sockets wasn't working and 2 keys couldn't open their respective doors.

Those are intermediate units. Mine is intermediate corner unit. Searched for same type on iproperty but no joy, so Cant tell...

But, if still wanna know, I bought my unit a lil over a RM 1mil after discount. I remember paying the excess of RM 1mil with credit card. For the points, heheh

Any Mozart owners here able to clarify if Mozart Units come with water heater and water pump?

Its not inside my SNP but during defect rectification, the personal said Mozart units come with water pump and water heater. We tried to test it but it didn't seem to work so he wrote it as part of the defect.

I already sent an email to management enquiring. Still waiting for reply. I doubt Mozart Units come with heater and pump, though.

Anybody here has tinted their house windows? Looking for rough estimate to tint entire house. Mine is Mozart.

Will be using blinds too. Main reason for getting the tint is for security. Figured if I'm already getting security tints might as well spend abit more rather than just get see through security tint. I'm looking for 50% light transmission and as high as possible TSER (Total Solar Energy Reflected).

I have some qualms with Defect Rectifications too. Look at the image below. The hand bidet is on the shower side for all the baths in my unit. They Defect Rectification guys put it in the Defect List. When they called to say everything is done, I was quite happy to see all defects on the list rectified satisfactorily except this one. Apparently, they contacted the architect and he said its meant to be like that.

I called the architect myself to confirm and to my surprise he said the same told to me by Defect Rectification guys. Long story short, I gotta do it myself because apparently the architect showers without a glass partition...

I'm just wondering if other Mozart Units are the same. If it is then I'll just let it go but if its not, I wanna do a complaint. Another thing is that according to management, handover department and defect guys, Mozart Units come with water heater and pump. Mine seems to be non existent. Can any Mozart Owner confirm this? Its not stated in my SNP that I get a water heater and pump.

I did. Left it on the whole day but no joy. Complaint thrice with the defect rectification guys and according to them fixed thrice but still not working...

Of course, all ceiling fans was spinning. The heater and pump switches lights was lit too.
