I think hers is nicer but total land size thr including villas is only 14 acres low density is good there whereas SH boasts a larger land size hence higher density for its condo is acceptable.

If ur hvg basic physics u would know structure is far more imptnt than facade solely hehe knowing massive structure could fail terribly in bolehland u would wanna thank those dev who use good professionals to design this condo esp its just next to ur beethoven bro kekeke

Is it to semi-d facilities or clubhse facilities? I dont think semi d has its own facilities similar to condo.

True wht im saying is, there's only 1 clubhse in SH for landed props (i.e. terrace and semi-D, no bungalow yet) at a fee, and similarly the clubhouse facilities or even better are offrd for condo living as head counts are more, also at some fees zzzzz
