Dpc still have a little waterfront mall as rental income to sustain the operation. Smart move. Lucky the mall biz good also. Ada bank. Maintain a park seriously not cheap. N the dpc park actually not big when dpc fully developed. Can see.them try to keep it as small as possible due to high cost to maintain.

Think uem too ambitious n mistake count on cost. Now dpc landed fee cincincaicai also more than rm1k a month.

Hello, I just got the keys for Mozart and now planning to do some renovation.

Just internal renovations, no extension or changes to outer walls. What I plan to do is seal up the internal "yard" with roofing and extend master bedroom, kitchen and laundry room.

According to my ID and contractors, no requirement to get approval from Majlis Perbandaran Sepang since no outer walls will be changed/extended.

Is this true?
