13 units (including the 2 show units) of Beethoven left so far...

The supply is limited especially for Beethoven unit. Only 78 units in total. Majority who bought is for own stay or long term investment. not many willing to spend RM2mil+ to buy a landed house at a so called "ghost twon", haha.

by the way, how is the management team and security so far? are they getting the job done properly?

Management is okay, responsive to requests, handles them fine
Security - well, i have no questions to them... so means they are good

Ghost town? Every evening I see quite a lot of people @ Shaftsbury or near Domain/Neo Cyberjaya area.
Please define what IS NOT a ghost town? KLCC // Bukit Bintang? - if so, then NO THANKS

haha. "Ghost town" is claimed by many forumers in the main Cyberjaya forum thread. You are right, towns like Cheras/Puchong/KLCC/BB are not Ghost Town to them due to massive traffic jam and sardine packed human traffic.

I've not checked for western meals yet. Can tell you the best kebabs are in Sultan @ cyberpoint area, though interior is not fancy, but food is great (kebabs quality are on par /w Shisha Lounge @ Solaris MK)
As for lamb/biryani rice -> 1st floor @ Shaftsbury.. named "Diwani" or something like this
Chinese food - liked one @ Shaftsbury 2nd or 3rd floor

waiting for Chef Wan new restaurant to be opened in Cyberjaya. Selling local malaysian food.

Ppl complaining that not many food variety in Cyber and i think this impression is slowly change in place especially the so-called coffee cafe culture adv by The Star newspaper weeks ago.
So, any good coffee to recommend also?
