Ok, let me check out the food first personally. If pass, can consider there as I am looking for a nice venue rather than just a noisy restaurant.

We went to Opera House last weekend n too be honest there is very little choices on food and drinks.
The atmosphere there was so hot and yet many mosquitoes. Service was lousy and extremely quiet too.
Finally an afternoon tea that ended in 20 mins only.
I think we won't continue the club house membership n also eating there anymore.
UEM really needs to look into this.

To be honest, the interior layout is not well planned. Will be doing quite a lot of hacking, if permitted.
And i just love the swimming pool (NOT a LAP POOL, ya rclxms.gif )

Okay, gentlemen smile.gif A quick report on Beethoven after living here for 2 months:

Overall experience is really good for now. It's quiet, feels like a resort living. Though there is still undergoing construction nearby, it's not really disturbing or too noisy. Beethoven gardening staff are still working on landscape improvements, slow but steady. Also, I hope they will finalize that water treatment/pond cleaning, cause it's not looking good now, covered with aglae :-/

OperaHouse's gym and pool are good, but cafe has to improve A LOT, choice and quality of food there isn't at the level we expect.

At the moment, there are 9 families living here, and 2-3 houses under renovation, so we expect more people moving in soon.

Shopping @ groceries... Well, for now, there isn't much choice, but to drive to AEON @ Putrajaya or IOI @ Puchong, despite there are lot of small mini-marts/groceries, they don't provide variety of products/food we got used to. Hopefully, D'pulze will start to operate in next couple of months.

Eating out - no problem here, found few nice places to eat /w Middle-east cuisine, Chinese, etc.

Well, basically, that's all smile.gif If you have any questions - don't hesitate to ask

EDIT: Oh, btw, i remember people talkin about lots of mosquitoes there. Not true. It's okay to walk in evening without covered with repellent biggrin.gif But, generally, it'll be a good idea to install mosquito netting on windows/terrace doors

I saw few families having gathering at the clubhouse on Saturday morning. And the kids really have fun running around at the playground area......

Were you there?

Last but not least, there will b an event at Symphony Hills next weekend featuring a few renowned Muslim motivational speakers. Details are in the poster.

went there yesterday. UEM provide shuttle from car park to opera house. nice talk from renowned speakers. kids love to play at the playground area and mini water themepark. only that yesterday was so hot 37 celcius so it was not convenient to hang around so long. refreshment served only suitable for kids... so sad.

so many waters underneath. I understand it is resort concept, but the wooden walkway make it narrow to move here and there with whole family.

took opportunity to look at nearest showhouse opposite sales gallery, 3 storey terrace 23x78 I think Schubert. Price after disc 1.3mil. The layout seems quite narrow and too many paths within the house. But the garden concept front and back is nice.
