irfan is a common indonesian name. post his face, and where he hangs out / stays and you may get a better response.

ask him to recommend his former clients for reference check ?

Run up to CNY a lot of them busy painting houses.......no harm asking at your local hardware shop...

I do hv workers who accept daily rate but it takes time to cultivate them...
