Maverick Audio Tubemagic D1. Is it a good start for desktop setup? Only have current ESW9 and might going to get another headphone for desktop setup later.

Mainly female vocal. And I would like to push upper midrange forward. Was thinking of RSA Mustang, but out of my budget. If its worth it Ill gladly to fund for it. Any other option?

Ok here goes,

E10 = DAC and amplifier combination
T-muso = DAC only

E10 has a line out output where it will bypass the internal amp. You can use it to pair it with external amplifier.
You cannot combine 2 DACs.

E10 can be use either as DAC/amp(output headphone) or DAC only(output line-out).

E10 DAC/amp might be a good option to replace the T-muso. However, CmoyBB is a good amp to start with yet it is portable(battery).

Tried HD600 + 332s at liquidgal's audition place. Boy, it combo very well!. I believe HD650 would sounds great too. She had 339 as well. rclxms.gif
