What would be a nice combination for my Phonak PFE + Sansa Clip Zip(rockbox-ed)?

AMP or AMP/DAC is fine cause i have a laptop.

budget would be 300-400, lower would be better if possible.

I listen to trance, electronic, house, soul, jazz and rock music.
I'm not a bass head so all I want is good natural sound and all the details to be clear
