Hi everyone,

I have to max out everything on laptop to drive up my 32ohms headphone,

and I get the feeling that I could still use a tiny winy more volume, just a bit will do,

can a DAC alone does that? as amp does not improve the sound quality but only volume (correct me?), I think I'll pass.

looking for a lowest possible budget solution, currently eying on T-muso USB DAC from Slevin Sent, or FiiO D3,

please advice, thank you very much!

my AD700 is around 32ohm, and with Tmuso at full volume it can blow my ear already
what is your current setup btw?

laptop -> superlux HD 662 ?

I have use the sound enhance software (SRS) or foolbar's DSP setting, but I heard there are no good.. is it true?

thanks!

You can't use the FiiO D3 unless your laptop offers digital output  blink.gif

my laptop's is the very normal one, non-fancy or expensive.. so it's a no i guess?

how to tell if it offers digital output?

please advice, thanks! how about D5? or my only option is only Tmuso?
