Try to take Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement. I know that supplement can treat ADHD and other diseases. If you will search on Google, there are successful stories concerning ADHD and Omega 3 fish oil supplement. There are also proven studies and research that this supplement can treat ADHD. For best brand of Omega 3 Fish oil, Maxalife is the best and the purest brand around the world. Is that available in your country?

i think pills should be taken only as a temporary measure, you'll have to conquer it yourself. one pill cost you like RM30 right? and the side effects suck right? depression etc.
Well, diagnosing ADHD is a very subjective thing. experts have to evaluate certain character traits.

im in cognitive behaviour therapy to change my thought of process, very expensive and takes time but its slowly working and im adapting to my changes. Trust me the pills dont help. Are you working or studying. Big huge tips- most importantly do what you like the most. If you liek computers then do computers and nothing else otherwise you will feel miserable for the rest of your living days, dont force yourself on doing things that wont bring in productivity because were too easily distracted if we find things not to our liking.
try adhdforum,many tips and advices.
