the paid ponds i know are the laguna in kelana jaya and tow foo in the middle of nowhere..

Just got back from fishing in Melawati.
2 40LBS leaders broke and a hook went straight. Damn im in love with pacus now. |

Ajiking reels are good if they are RM 100 and above. I heard that from the TCE shop guy.
Rawang natural pond catch rate good if you use chicken intestines. We tried sinking minnows, cranks, softplastics, spoons, vibs, spinners... No good. But have to be very careful cos many lost their rods to the pond. Anyway who's interested to go rawang pond? Ajiking/Tomman reels suck. Not some models. The entire range. They may look nice but actually spoil easily.
The place i go in Melawati is a catch & release pond. RM10 for 4 hrs |
