I really like the MK8 II due to its compactness......but I may be fishing in 300-700M of water. Its awfully tempting to get 2 of these reels, but ahhhh I have too many hobbies!!!!

Hello guys let me introduce my name is cloud a 19yr old fisherman (CnR style) that don't eat fish.

Stopped fishing since 5years ago my friend's father moved to johor.

Right now i only own a motorcycle because i haven get a car license to drive my company car

Next year after i brought bait caster reel and rod only can go fishing with you guys.

Actually my work is very busy at the moment. plus my reel that i brought 7years ago starting having problem already and my motorcycle engine i want to overhaul it.
And my L license is expiring soon (in dec) so don't have much money to spend till next year.

Actually which tackle shop near PJ , kl , puchong have the best price of  shimano caenan / abu garcia pro max? both of them are around RM200~300 right and which one of them suit lure casting all day long?

And suggest me a rod too.. mine 6ft rod that i brought 7 years ago can't cast over 20meter and the wooden handle starting to crack..

I'm a lure user.. rarely use live bait cos i hate waiting to get fish on..
The problem is i only got a rod. no reel. 

memang all the while can fish le except the jogging lake. the middle and the holiday lake usually can le.

wah got new no fishing sign ah? since when? i never noticed also. summore just yesterday i went.

guys i wanna ask how do you tie your lure ???

do you guys use a leader on the lure ???
or you just tie the main line to a snap swivel then connect it to the split ring at the lure ???
or just tie the main line to the lure or the split ring ????

because the more i ask the more different answer i get from my friend LOL   

now i get it , just 1 more question usually for leader you use how many lb ?

yesterday when to tow foo pond was surprise that it was full !

i count the rod total 25 rod was in , since i cant find a decent spot i waited for hours
that night the water was TOO QUIET ! , not a single fish play water for whole night !

i waited until 5am talking cock and shit with the boss at canteen with other angle for 5 hours not a single fish bite   
in whole pond , before i when back i go around the pond and ask every single angle

the answer was : NO fish bite for whole night !   

nowdays it was hard to fish in even in paypond   
btw the boss was talking about cleaning the pond to make the fish more healthy, we talk alot using different method
like pump water out cleaning pond , suck up dirt in the pond and filter out all sort of crap 
so in the end most plan didint work out since the boss dont have additional place to store the fish and there a problem in getting new water supply
so like like tow foo is going downhill
