No hack-squat machine in the gym, though. Just the basic squat rack, leg press machine, smith, and the leg curl/extension machines.

I used to do hacks on the smith machine, but at the time they didn't agree with my lower back. (some time last year) I'll give them a try next week since this time around I've healed up pretty well and got my form in check.

I have newfound respect for guys with huge wide lats. I dunno if it's just what I'm seeing, but it feels like my lats just refuse to grow wider. Barely visible from the front.
