Probably somewhere around the first quarter of 2012. I'm pretty much bulking indefinitely. The only time I've ever done a cut was right at the beginning of this year for 2 months, after taking about an 8-month layoff due to injury and gaining quite a bit of unwanted fat because of that.

Anyone have any pointers on hitting the lower part of the outer sweep? I don't know if I'm not including something in my training or if it's just my quad structure, but the lower part of the sweep just isn't coming out.
