darklight. nice can see some difinition in the abs. You will be really shred once you see the abs middle valley. If you cut further, will see veins in the abs area

For me cut is a b****. I just take about 120grams carb to get to see the definition

Darklight you sure can eat a lot. Maybe thats how much a strong guy eat ...

lol, i used to eat alot (of calories), but i cannot stomach too much food nowadays.

Maybe my stomach shrink ......

you should be getting the vein when your bf% is low enough. I dont want too much veins. looks like a sick person. once my friend a girl say "geli" . I tot in my mind. geli is good what .....

lol, darklight is ok to eat alot. Look at his lift. how many calories finish in just 1 rep ... His 1 rep equal to my 12 rep calories. i think ..

dont afraid during cutting. a higher bodyfat percentage guy will lose more of the fat compared to the lean mass. (based on new research)

You just need to cut slowly. The most aggressive and safe way to cut is not more than 30% lower than maintenance. Also when doing cut, eat enough protein. not overdose of protein. Protein is also calories ...

hi guys. i just recover from dengue fever. Stop gyming and proper diet about 2 weeks. and I lost quite a lot of mass (i think). Feel my muscle a bit softer. Usually tight ...

Also i have lost some of my strength.

lol thank you for the advice. I just want u all to be carefull of dengue. During the fever time, i feel so down. At that time im willing to trade all my muscle so i can recover. I think so many things back then sad.gif

And dengue mosquitoo bites you during dusk and dawn. yawn.gif

No wonder i feel tired always. Still recovering i think .... I will be starting weight slowly.
