Probably somewhere around the first quarter of 2012. I'm pretty much bulking indefinitely. The only time I've ever done a cut was right at the beginning of this year for 2 months, after taking about an 8-month layoff due to injury and gaining quite a bit of unwanted fat because of that.
*
i see...
any significant increment of fat during ur bulking period?

Lol, not to take anything away from him but try comparing him to Dave Tate and Benni Magnusson and see? Powerlifter and bodybuilders = different. I would've thought you have experience to tell the difference in "relative poundage" considering your years of training.

Sometimes we may think.we're doing the right things but it takes.another experienced observer to alert us on the mistakes me make. Mine got corrected by Terry, I correcteđ Jamie's. You'd be surprised what a few subtle changes in equipment, grip and posture does as well as exercise.selection. for example ive learnt the hard.way barbell rows, deađlifts or DB rows don't work my back. My back workouts are purely bw plus a a machine thrown in. However another individual may shrink if he does what I.do. everyone's different.

how do we know which movement suits us?

It's small but comfy and has everything. Whoa next month? Then where will you train after that? One think i've learnt, commercial gyms if you can put all the bullshit environment and sales plus marketing crap aside, they're one of THE best places to train if the equipment choices are enough. There's a reason why so many modern bodybuilders from the IFBB prefer using machines now for a lot of their movements. Machines like Hammer and Nautilus emulate and even surpass free weight movements imho. My chest development has never been better since I started going all machines, not saying that everyone should but 1-2 machine movements should be a staple of every workout.

wat is nautilus machine a?
the only one i found is this wor

Damn shit la. If not for the weather can have nasi lemak dy. If i order from MJ Cafe at Casa Tropicana, the set with ice lemon tea and one large piece of chicken is 8 bucks only. Then if i get 3-4 more large pieces fried chicken extra 5 each, so extra 15-20 bucks. Can save money. But the MOMENT i started changing to head out after my evening nap, it started raining. Wtf man.
*
