QUOTE(van_takawa @ Aug 12 2011, 10:23 PM) Skull crusher perhaps? Or perhaps overhead press? Yeah, the long head I mean, my bad. Hm, I'll incorporate those in more and see how things go then. Not really sure which part you are referring. But if you means the part where near armpit area. I supposed it is the long head. And I feel extremely sore at that part whenever doing a skull crusher and overhead presses. Well, Dan, you have awesome body. Are those arms pumped? Or you just flexed them? Nope not pumped, I actually just got home from leg-day. XD |

QUOTE(WSL999 @ Aug 13 2011, 07:02 PM) Hi, does anyone of you here body building with bulk body and big mass do any sports like tennis, badminton, futsal or marathon? I wonder how the agility and mobility advantages and disadvantages. Should be slower right? I play all sorts of sports and I'm definitely not a bit slow and I'm pretty agile, just sayin'. Weight training improves your game. I play striker/attacking-mid in futsal/football and it helps loads to be quick and strong at the same time. |

My advice is to keep doing direct ab exercises, ON TOP OF having a good diet and doing cardio.

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Aug 18 2011, 07:38 PM) I'm serious. The more I eat the more I get cut.... ask Pedro if you don't believe me. I eat like an insane b!tch but I keep my cals below excess. If I try eating strict I tend to overeat and get fat. And no me not juicing. Lose another 3-5kg? Oh crap, that'll be about my weight, then I'll definitely fall into a depression. Ehh... this coming from a naturally ripped bugger. Thanks I guess, let me lose another 3-5 then we'll see if it's time to stop. |
