I have newfound respect for guys with huge wide lats. I dunno if it's just what I'm seeing, but it feels like my lats just refuse to grow wider. Barely visible from the front. rclxub.gif

I was curious so I did the same pose dan did, lats are visible in front for me as well and I sure as hell don't have wide lats. So in respect to you and dan I would have to disagree to this statement sad.gif
*
brah, it still beat those "invisible" lat spreads tat i encounter everyday at the gym... so no worries there...

I'm still very annoyed with my triceps, the long head. Eh you all want training session together this weekend? Loł.
*
you need more extension movement regardless of overhead or lying...

i could see my long head while having front bis pose..

I already have striations on my triceps. And overhead are always done. The was my tri workout last week.
BW Dips + 50 kg x 9, 60kg x 7, 70kg x 6
Overhead dumbbell extension 75lbs x 10, 85lbs x 8, 100lbs x 7
Close grip Smith bench 225 x 8 235 x 7 255 x 4

I'm thinking if ditching dips or cgbp for another rope movement. Or reducing volume. Everytime I.do too many reps I'll shrink.
*
since tat u got the size, u can ditch cgbp and sub it with laying triceps extensions..., it works wonders to ur long head...

at the local gym here, the dumbs only goes up to 100lbs... and im doing 20 plus reps full ROM and tats suck...(overhead seated dumbell extension)

It is very easy to involve the lats rather than the delt. Here is where mind muscle and self awareness is very important. Because depending on where your elbows are pulling out, determines the muscle group that you are attacking. The closer your elbows are to your body, the more lats come into play. I find a very good way to isolate the rear delts is to have the dumbbell positioned like holding a bar bell, and keeping your elbows in line with your delts, and pulling out. Squeezing at the top.
*
which is why when i do rear delt lateral, im doing it laying on an incline bench... it eliminate off the other muscle involvement and the movement are direct...

A lot of ppl, what they do is row the weights rather than pull out. It's hard to grasp at it initially because it is rather awkward initially, bent over and pullin it out, whether you're performing it correctly , affects how much weight you're able to do, usually after correcting one's form, the poundages drop drastically. The rear delts are a small muscle group.
*
correct, at first my form was shiat at best, i could do 40's per hand... then, i was wondering, why my rear delts still looked nothing more than a.. nothing!!!

then when i begin to drop the weight, correcting the form, and start from scratch...

Need some help guys,

Recently I've been intensifying my abs workout and I have very sharp pain in the marked area.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

This usually happens after my ab-wheel exercise. If I just do light abs crunches or leg raises tak rasa sakit lak.

My gym senior says I might have injured or torn some muscle there, so he advice to avoid any intense abs exercises. What do you think?

after about 1 years ++ play gym

focus more into change body shape, not interested to shrink..
journey from 110 to 90kg

90kg up again to 100kg and try to maintain weight but different figure.
*

hmm not trying to let you down but

i tried a tub of muscle juice when i was back in msia for summer break last year. meh gains were mediocre. might be my diet but def not the best gainer i've used.
*
actually, it is not so much on the brand or formula in a supplements tat make u gains, it how much u absord and respone to it tat matter...

it might work for him but dosent mean it work for u...

so i just stick to ON whey for now cuz it respone well and dosent give me the "lau sai" occasion and bloated effect when consumed...
