my mom bought one the single story bungalow just beside the golf course at 1.3M in late 2007 or 2008 if not mistaken.current price at 3M++..a friend of mine working in CIMB told me there is this doctor bought a 2 story bungalow back in 2006 at 1M++ in Setia Alam Eco Park..refinance recently at 8M++..
