As it is in between the university and the Exit of Semenyih town, this area is rather accessible towards Kajang and also UNIM. The back of the house has been cemented and cleared, including the front of the house which have been tiled by the landlord. From my experience, the landlord is also committed to the tenant needs as some complaints about the home have been dealt with efficiently. Definitely worth your money and saves you the hassle!
