LOL really, this is what you've come to? Retort someone's constructed argument with, "at least I have a job?" *Slow claps* I don't even want to get to this but don't you think it's extremely inappropriate to compare with someone six years before you? I know you're bitter, especially after someone pointed out your faults. But, really, having to argue with that premise is awfully childish. If you really want to know, which I don't think you do, I see the University more in its traditional light, a place of knowledge, not a sorting-hat that decides your fate in the future. To top with that, I have had avoided every possible way to intern with corporate, and found myself constantly in a think tank. And with that fond of knowledge, you really think I'd be interested in what you're earning, your loaned car, and your mortgaged house? Secondly - I have to point this out - I was, in fact, questioning your ability to survey and none others, but now I'm questioning your ability to read, think and write critically as well. Nevertheless, for the fact you aren't required to utilize the latter skills in your designing job, you're dully excused. But I do hope your creativity, something which I don't have, brings you further from here. Lastly, to your question of "what I want to be in the future" (and I have no graduated, you'd have find this information had you read an 'essay' which doesn't even take you more than 3min), most of my peers are either into investment banking or to contribute into the country's economy's engine. I, with the passion of knowledge, probably going to be in the university, teaching my students how to at least read and think critically on top of what they're supposed to.

Not sure if you and I both are qualified to argue on the linguistic value that attached to words. But although I try to answer your questions in my first post to you, I couldn't not resist but added in a sense of mockery. Funny thing though, you said you didn't read beyond 1st paragraph, but now you're commenting on my first reply to you. Are you telling me now you have read the post? Or you merely predicted what was going to happen without grounds. If it is the latter, I would doubt your credibility of anything intellectual that's beyond your creativity. Unless, of course, you're telling me you finally read my post after some extent of curiosity, or you lied. Not that it concern me anymore. Anyway back to topic, an opinion is a view or judgment formed with or without facts and knowledge. Isn't mockery considered a judgement? If not, enlighten me.

p.s. By the way, writing posts with something this long is what I learnt from theStudentRoom. You could try your luck ask them question in the same manner and you might be able to get some answers... but I very much doubt it.

First of, it's a forum NOT a formal meeting. Do you expect a formal letter on a small discussion? My ability to survey, uhm can i ask what rights do you have to say such thing? Are you AC Nielsen or my company manager? And what about my ability to read, think and write? And your final sentence indicate you want to be a lecturer, business division lecturer i assumed. Good for you, you now understood what course you are taking and know what you want to be in your future career. So you basicly just contradicted yourself from the first paragraph till your conclusion.
