Yes, i was told by the nurse that you need to at least visit once klinik kesihatan to register and get the buku merah from the klinik. They when bb wan out you can go to ANY general hospital to deliver. for bb maintainance you can go whichever government hospital to service. Most important is to get the buku merah 1st.Correct me if i am wrong.
