Checkups are pretty much the same anywhere - urine, Hb, blood pressure, weight etc. Waiting time for me at KK is way shorter than private clinics. I get my vitamins and iron tabs there free. I only go to see O&G specialist because I hv borderline low amniotic fluid. Need to monitor baby's growth for a couple of weeks. Then no need to see her dy till delivery date. If no complications then there are no influence in the outcome of the baby, except maybe a better peace of mind to the mother and a scan printout for "awwwww" purposes  |
