Hi All, I have a 10mm polyp in my gallbladder which cause me pain constantly. I am actually planning for my first pregnancy. Is there any gynae or surgeon recommendation so I can get advice to see if I should remove it before planning for pregnancy or after my pregnancy? My family is afraid there is any complication during the surgery which cost me unable to conceive later.

what is the average cost of the pregnancy examination? it appear that the price range is rather vast as i read thru the topic.

I would like to ask. My wife recently always tired and mood swing. But she got her period earlier. I not sure its spotting or period. So, we not sure its pregnant or what. Any suggestion? walk in public clinic or general hospital or private hospital or test using pregnant test stick? We afraid it will be a false alarm. Thanks

When you go to clinic or hospital, they're going to ask her to pee on stick also.

SOmehow me n wife trust klinik kesihatan better.they really take everything seriously.downside is long wait and uncomfortable facilities.wife is covered under petronas but even with that we still go to klinik kesihatan.now my wife is pregnant with second child and we still plan to deliver in selayang hospital.look up for private,all the numbers looks scary..so many hidden charges.hahah..might as well put those money for family trip in 5 star hotel.lol. i have a cousin who's somehow almost broke after delivery in prince court penang.13k.last2,borrow mother's money.

Basically you need to have strategy on visiting KK.
Each time we visit, the time are sure 2 hours from registering till getting back to our car
Don't go morning, but go at afternoon, 3pm schedule.
And if your wife delivered at GH, she will be given priority over the people that deliver elsewhere.

No one gv birth in the alley while we delivered our first.Plus Sealayng hospital is the nearest hospital just 5km while only small2 private hospital nearby with columbia hosp 20km away.wouldnt you want your wife to be safe n sound with the nearest n round the clock ready for her?why would we go to seremban for that?crazy idea from crazy ppl don u think?We trust the medical team over GH who's more ready for emergency unlike private. You may call me cheapskate for my wife.i call it being safe n wise. And trust me,wife n me hv a mutual decision abt this.we have go through all of our options and in our case,gh is the best way.

The newest hospital is built by government, the first hospital meant for O&G only and almost everything inside are white in color.

is that compulsory that the pregnancy women need to go for at least once to government hospital in order for the baby to get injection in government hospital??

Yes, i was told by the nurse that you need to at least visit once klinik kesihatan to register and get the buku merah from the klinik. They when bb wan out you can go to ANY general hospital to deliver. for bb maintainance you can go whichever government hospital to service. Most important is to get the buku merah 1st.

It will get expensive if you get the medicine. If you want to save some money, you can get the normal supplement like obimin in pharmacy, it cost your around 25rgt while the hospital charge you 60rgt for that medicine alone.

My wife check for the status monthly at Cheras Taman Connaught same row as Ambank. RM70 per visit. The scan is not that clear due to older machine but at least it is cheaper than I went to Taman Pertama that cost me RM100
