Work base on what you can afford. Don't be the bank employee for too long. Is it possible to stay and save, do the reno later?
Another method, if budget allow, do the structure work, piping and electrical. Furniture just get a bed and A/C enough lah. later only build or buy. |

Rent it out, come back after 12 - 18 months to renovate again

Spend all money till the max, up to the nose. Anything happen how?
Pay Cut, Need urgent money? Car need repair? Like many advice you hear, spend what you can afford. Don't burn future money. |
