r u guys doing it yourself or are you guys more on specialist in one trade (say plumbing) and then coordinating with other trades to complete the renovation?

can you quote the following for a 23x70 end lot in pj.
1) hacking and lay new wall and floor tiles to 3 existing bathrooms, i will procure the tiles myself. you would need to provide waterproofing as well.
2) paint whole house (internal & external), i will procure the paint myself.
3) a partition/small store room with light under the stairway
4) extend the existing living room by about 4-5 feet. this includes demolition of existing sliding door and replacing with windows. something like the pic attached below.
5) convert the existing extended living room into a bedroom. works include adding a door to the foyer. removing existing terazo flooring and laying new tiles (tiles supplied by myself).
6) adding a new bathroom including two doors accessible through new bedroom/living room and foyer. all tiles and sanitary wares and fittings supplied by myself.
7) remove existing flooring to foyer and dining area and replace with new tiles. tiles supplied by myself.
8) liaison with authorities (MBPJ) for the necessary approvals and documentations required (extension of living and additional bathroom)
9) liaison with other contractors to undertake laminated timber flooring to first floor.
10) external tiling/treatment to exposed facade (end lot) including waterproofing treatment
11) replacing all aluminium windows
12) lay over laminated timber flooring to entire 1st floor.
target to start work in aug 2011.
