now 173cm weight only 56kg something...

serious mass 12lbs rm180 in forum only has 16 servings, 1250 calories per serving, supplements are damn expensive so just keep eating whole food like a b**** ..

i was once told eat 3 solid meals + 3 liquid meals, that would help to gain weight...

More like 5/6 solid meals with shakes when necessary.

just to help. i was once a skinny guy (back in the day of my secondary school). after eating a vitamin taken from doctor (a red rounded pills), my body seems to grow a lot. maybe its like an appetizer or something, and surely i eat x2 than normal. smile.gif (sorry but i don't know what the specific name of the pills).

size of scoop doesn't change serving size, 12lbs = 16 servings, 1250 calories per serving lol T______T
that's 20000 calories/ rm180
i wonder how much calories you can get from rm180 of raw food =)

If I follow the serving size as specified for Serious Mass, I think I'll get diabetes soon.

10 bucks for 500g which gives 1500.

If u buy 180 bucks worth of raisins that woulb be so much bettr isn't it with all the additional nutrients that comes with it

This is the first time I heard someone recommending raisins for bulking. Is this the new in thing? The IT diet? I gotta starting stocking up.
