Costume for one....Thor's is armour is casted mildly-hard plastic/PVC (can be reproduced rather easily, uniform stardard)..... while Cap. costume... is a nightmare for tailoring, each individually stitched, varies from figure to figure.

Speaking of which, Jill's Battle suit is certainly unique/inovative effort by HT..

Perhaps a combo... wolverine/T800 style body..... but for such a large subject with rippling muscles, hiding joints should be easier.. Each of HULK's sausage fingers might be as large as a TTF's arm/wrist/hand

Just an observation: most cloth/leather shoes at 1/6th don't look quite right/abnormal even HT's.... especially the ones with lace and lace..

Give or take.... so long poseble/functional and look nice.
